Miss Mermaid International 2018/19

Back to March 2019 when My fellow Team GB girls and I flew to Egypt to compete in the Miss mermaid International Pageant! 

For 2 full weeks it was hard work, rehersals, catwalks, interviews, ocean conservation and photoshoots... Plus a whole load of fun with my girls! 

I absolutely had the time of my life! 

I came in the top 5 in the categories for Creativity and Best in Water! 

Creativity Round involved us creating a unique mermaid look, so I created a halterneck pearl mermaid bra covered in handstiched sequins, gems and shells! 

For the Best in Water challenege, I scored maximum points on both the underwater photo round and the dynamic swim round! 

Despite not coming in the top 3, I am happy with my 6th place out of about 40 countries! 

What a ride! 

Here's to many more Mermaid adventures!
